Adolescent Therapy
I work with teens navigating identity, anxiety, family conflict, and the pressure of growing up, creating a space where they feel truly heard, without judgment, as they figure out who they are.
My Approach
Internal Family Systems (IFS) — helping teens understand the different "parts" of themselves, including the ones that feel anxious, angry, or shut down, without labeling any part as "bad"
Narrative Therapy — exploring the stories teens have absorbed about themselves — from family, friends, school, or social media — and creating room to rewrite the ones that don't feel true
A judgment-free space — a place to talk about identity, friendships, family, or the pressures of school and social life, without fear of being lectured or misunderstood
Led by the teen — sessions that follow their pace and priorities, so they feel like an active participant, not a subject being fixed
