Child Therapy
I work with children through child-directed play therapy, meeting kids where they naturally express themselves through play, rather than asking them to sit and talk about feelings they may not yet have words for.
My Approach
Child-directed play therapy — following the child's lead in the playroom, allowing them to process emotions, experiences, and worries in the language that comes most naturally to them
A safe, consistent space — a predictable environment where a child can feel secure enough to express big feelings, work through fears, and just be a kid
Supporting the whole family — including parents and caregivers in the process, so what happens in session can translate into more connection and understanding at home
Meeting kids where they are — no pressure to talk, explain, or perform; just space to be understood at their own pace
