Welcome! I’m Glad you’re Here.
Whether you're navigating a difficult season on your own, working to reconnect with a partner, or looking for support for your child, therapy can be a place to slow down and actually be understood.
My work draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and narrative therapy, approaches that share a common belief: you're not broken, and the parts of you that feel stuck, anxious, or hard to manage are trying to help you in the only way they know how. Together, we make space to understand those parts, examine the stories you've been carrying about yourself and your relationships, and build a stronger, more secure connection to yourself and the people you love.
For younger clients, I use child-directed play therapy, meeting kids where they naturally express themselves, through play, rather than asking them to sit and talk about feelings they may not yet have words for.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, and I tailor each session to what actually helps you, not a one-size-fits-all script. If you're curious whether we'd be a good fit, I'd love to talk.
